Before you buy — please read this: Plannomial Pro is a $19 monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time, but refunds are only issued in the specific circumstances listed below. By completing checkout, you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.
Overview
Plannomial Pro is a digital access product. Because the product is delivered immediately upon purchase (you gain access to Pro features the moment payment is confirmed), we operate a strict no-refund policy as a general rule.
This policy is consistent with standard practices for software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and digital goods, where the product is consumed immediately upon delivery.
We are transparent about this before you pay. Our checkout page, upgrade modal, and paywall clearly state that the purchase is a monthly subscription that auto-renews until cancelled.
When Refunds Are NOT Issued
Refunds are not issued in these circumstances under any condition.
- Change of mind — deciding you no longer want the product after purchase
- Non-use — failing to use the Service during the active billing period
- Partial-period usage — stopping use partway through the billing cycle
- Dissatisfaction with AI output — AI-generated roadmaps vary in quality by design; this does not constitute a service failure
- Features changed — we may update Pro features over time; minor changes do not qualify for a refund
- Forgot to cancel — Pro auto-renews monthly, and cancelling before the renewal date remains your responsibility
- Purchased by mistake after being informed of the terms — the terms are presented at checkout
When Refunds MAY Be Issued
We will review refund requests in the following circumstances, on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Dodo Payments. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3, follow these steps:
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster directly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first, or for reasons not covered by our eligible refund criteria, may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your Plannomial account
- Permanent ban from the Service
- Referral to our payment processor's dispute resolution process
Fraudulent chargebacks (for services that were genuinely delivered) are a violation of our Terms of Service.
Service Credits (Alternative to Refunds)
In cases where a full refund is not applicable but a service issue did occur (such as extended downtime), we may at our discretion offer service credits — additional credits or extended Pro access — as a goodwill gesture.
Service credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
