Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Plannomial ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") at plannomial.netlify.app or any subdomain thereof, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Plannomial. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Description of Service
Plannomial is an AI-powered project planning tool that helps developers, founders, and indie makers generate roadmaps, MVP plans, tech stack recommendations, and step-by-step to-do lists from natural language project descriptions.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
The Service uses third-party providers including Groq (AI inference), Firebase (authentication and database), and Dodo Payments (payment processing).
User Accounts
You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. To save projects, access history, and use Pro features, you must register for an account via Google authentication or email and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free Tier
Signed-in free accounts currently receive up to 3 saved projects, 200 AI credits, and access to Plue. Free accounts cannot export PDFs. Credits reset every 7 days and do not roll over.
Pro Plan & Billing
Plannomial Pro is a paid access plan sold as a $19.00 USD monthly subscription. Your subscription starts when your first payment is successfully confirmed.
Billing summary: $19.00 billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel.
Pro features include: 5 saved projects, 500 AI credits per 7-day reset period, PDF export, extra project slots, full plan history, and more Plue usage. AI usage still consumes credits on Pro. Features may change over time with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By purchasing Pro, you authorize Dodo Payments to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment information is handled entirely by Dodo Payments and is not stored by Plannomial.
All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations & Renewals
Important: Plannomial Pro auto-renews monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your Pro subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via the "Cancel Subscription" button in your account dashboard.
- If you cancel, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Failure to use the Service during the active billing period does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
This policy is clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand the purchase is a recurring monthly subscription.

AI-Generated Content
Plannomial uses large language models (LLMs) via the Groq API to generate project roadmaps, feature lists, tech stack recommendations, and to-do items. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
- The accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated roadmaps for your specific project is not guaranteed.
- You should independently verify any technical recommendations before implementing them.
- Plannomial is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated output.
- AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You use them at your own discretion.
You retain ownership of the project ideas and descriptions you input. You own the output generated from your inputs, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
- Share account credentials or use the Service on behalf of multiple people under one account
- Circumvent usage limits through technical means
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
The Plannomial name, logo, interface design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Plannomial. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial project planning purposes.
You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service itself. You retain all rights to your own project ideas and inputs.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PLANNOMIAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLANNOMIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks initiated without valid cause.
Termination of your account for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any Pro fees paid.
You may request account deletion by emailing plannomial@gmail.com. Account deletion does not shorten or refund an already-purchased 30-day Pro period.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify affected users via the email address on their account.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
